V Rising is stacked with fun and powerful weapons, the Slashers being one of the best ones! These beautiful daggers can slice up all your enemies with the speed of light. They are also great for stealthy shenanigans! The only little problem is that the player can’t get them from the start. Not to worry, though. They are pretty easy to get after a few levels and a bit of grinding. So, where exactly can you get them, and how easily can you find these amazing, stealthy equipment?

Getting the Slashers’ Recipe

V Rising Bandit Stronhold, Quincy Location

The Slashers can only be crafted, so you’ll first need to get your hands on the recipe. To achieve this, the protagonist needs to get rid of one of the first important bosses in the game: Quincy the Bandit King.

Quincy is a level 37 V Blood. He can be quite a challenge for newly risen vampires, so tread carefully. The fight becomes a breeze if you learn his attacks and prepare properly.

Once he is slain, the player will receive a recipe for Iron Ingots and some weapons. To make the Iron Ingots and the Slashers, you will first need to build a Smithy. Once all is prepared, the Slashers can finally be crafted.

Using the Weapon

This weapon prides itself on speed and cunning. It is the best piece of equipment for a rogue-type in V Rising. By combining stealth with quick combos, you can nicely defeat all the enemies that stand in your way.

When it comes to magic, a Slasher should focus on skills that debuff or provide mobility. You can get attacks such as Heart Strike and Veil of Illusion to immerse yourself in this archetype fully.

If you’d like to know precisely what attacks and skills this armament has to show for itself, here are the stats:

Primary Attack Perform a combo of melee attacks dealing 27.5% / 27.5% / 35% physical damage 0.2 seconds Cast Time 0 seconds Cooldown
Slashers Skill Elusive Strike Dash back and forth, slashing at your enemies, dealing 60% physical damage, and inflicting a 2-second slow on each hit 0.2 seconds Cast Time 8 seconds Cooldown
Camouflage Enter a state of camouflage, increasing movement speed by 25% for 3 seconds. Your next primary attack deals 80% physical damage and incapacitates the enemy for 3 seconds. Using any skill breaks camouflage 0 seconds Cast Time 10 seconds Cooldown

V Rising is currently available as an Early Access Game on PC through Steam.
