If you missed out on Valorant’s first Premier beta, fear not. There’s another one on the way, and just in time for the rather dry month of July. According to known leaker @ValorLeaks, the July Valorant Premier Beta for Episode 7 Act 1 is coming soon. While times will be dependent on your region, here’s what you need to know about jumping in.
July 11 is reportedly the earliest date you can register, with a whole week to do so, rather than just four days as was the case last time. As for the schedule, weekly matches will begin on July 20, with the playoff tournament on Aug. 13. This time around, changes to the format will shake things up for people who played the previous Valorant Premier Beta. Starting and making a team will be refined somewhat, and the schedule will be tweaked to fit every region. Playoffs will have live scores and a revamped format, too.

You have to do a few things to sign up and be eligible. Riot Games requires you to verify your identity via SMS and finish your placements. To verify your phone number, go to the Premier Hub and click “Verify.” From there, you will follow the next steps:
- Enter your country code
- Enter your phone number
- Enter the confirmation code that was sent to your phone
After these steps, you will create your team. No restrictions apply to each member’s rank so you can be Bronze and partner with a Diamond buddy. Matches will be found through a balance of everyone’s MMR. Just keep an eye on the Hub to see when matches will begin and coordinate with your team to compete.
Ultimately, we will have to wait for a confirmation about the July Premier Beta for Valorant. The developer will detail exactly when people can sign up.
