Since the release of Vampire Survivors, many people have been looking for a character tier list to help them determine who the best ones are. As something many players are curious about, it’s not a surprise that we’ve come up with a list of all characters and given them all ranks. The ones in the S and S+ classes are the best to take into battle while trying to clear each stage and take down the Stage Killers. Keep reading to learn more about the Vampire Survivors character tier list.

First, let’s give a bit of explanation for each tier. The S+ Tier characters are the best available. They can take on anything thrown at them with little to no issues and can be depended on for any stage. S Tier characters are fantastic. They do great, but they could be better. A Tier characters are relatively good. They’re easy to use, and you can have some fun with them. B Tier characters are average characters. These are, for the most part, the characters that you have access to very early on in the game. Not good, but not bad. C Tier characters could be better. If you play with these characters, it should only be to unlock better characters. Now, let’s take a look at how each character ranks below.

  • S+ Tier Characters
    • Queen Sigma – Arguably the best character in the entire game. Getting Queen Sigma will make you virtually indestructible.
    • Red Death – The Red Death character automatically starts out each run with an evolved weapon, making it easy to fly through levels much faster than other characters.
    • Big Trouser – Big Trouser is the best character available for collecting gold in each stage run since they begin each run collecting a higher percentage of gold.
    • Megalo Menya Moonspell – Megalo Menya Moonspell starts off each stage run with +100% Movement Speed and +100% Might, meaning they hit hard and they can evade enemies very easily.
    • Je-Ne-Viv – Je-Ne-Viv has the best health stats in the game since it increases with each level you gain. Because of this, the higher you rank in levels, the more untouchable your character will be.
    • Sammy – Sammy is amazing to use as a gold farmer, thanks to having a longer Gold Fever, which is the primary reason that he’s within the S+ Tier.
  • S Tier Characters
    • Avatar Infernas
    • Cosmo
    • Gains Boros
    • Gyorunton
    • Leda

    • Gallo
    • Giovanna
    • Lama
    • Poe

    • Random – Random can appear as any character once you begin the game. He was thrown into the C Tier characters simply because he rarely appears as the same character in-game more than once in a row. He could end up being Queen Sigma, or Poe. It’s always a gamble with Random.

Jordan is an experienced fantasy writer who spends hours behind her laptop, and lost in the pages of a book. She strives to be a successful gaming blogger, and has no complaint about the hours of game time she used to increase her knowledge of all things “geek”. She primarily writes gaming articles and fantasy novels. Ark: Survival Evolved is a favorite, along with Diablo 3, Warframe and Minecraft lately, though you can’t forget the good old Magic the Gathering card game! Writing about games truly gives her joy as it gives her another perspective to look at games from, a reason to really look into the mechanics of the game.
