Voice actor of Thief and Fallout series joins artist behind Myst and C&C, Bioshock writer,
and Ice Age animator in ZED
Never heard of ZED? To be honest neither had I until I saw this story. ZED is an upcoming first-person adventure puzzle game. What will really interest most people though is the team behind this title. Chuck Carter, veteran games artist who has worked on Myst, the Command & Conquer franchise and over 25 other games, Joe Fielder, writer of Bioshock: Infinite and Pete Paquette, an animator who worked on Bioshock: Infinite and the Ice Age series. This group came together to form Eagre Games, and their first project is ZED. Today they announced that Stephen Russell, voice of Garrett in Thief 2, and Nick Valentine in Fallout 4 is lending is voice acting talents to the game.

If you’d like to know more about ZED, the following description comes straight from Eagre Games. “ZED is an exploration into the dreams of a dying man, who is battling dementia while trying to piece together his fading memories to leave behind one final gift to his granddaughter. Players explore vivid and exotic places of the Dreamer’s imagination – light and dark corners that reflect his life experiences are everywhere in this world and can change in an instant. The Dreamer is sometimes aware of players’ presence, and can either help or hinder them from delving further into his most intriguing dreams. Solve creative and sometimes complex puzzles to unravel the mysteries of the Dreamer’s mind.
