On the weekly post at the PlayStation Blog, Greg Lewickyj outlined the next round of Vote to Play games.
The candidates include Action Henk!, Assault Android Cactus, and Broforce. The game that secures the most votes will be added to the March monthly games lineup for PlayStation Plus members.
The free game lineup for PS Plus has arguably lost some ground in the last 6 months to its competitor over at XBOX, Games for Gold. While Plus seemed to initially put it over the top with gamers in its first year or so of offerings, Microsoft’s lineup of AAA games has impressed as of late.
Vote to Play does have three great games on the ballot, this time, around though:
Each game has its own twist on playing with friends, as a team, with a touch of competitiveness. Action Henk! appeared on Steam and PC last spring, and centers around players racing through courses in a kids room. Mini figures will make their way through the courses in a multiplayer update on PC simultaneously.

Assault Android Cactus is a twin-stick, bullet-hell, mini-arena shooter (whoa a mouthful!). Another game with a cartoony look that packs a punch.

Finally, Broforce is probably the most recognizable out of the trio. A bullet-hell game of its own where a team of “bros” inspired by classic 80’s action heroes is out to save the day.

Each of the games will translate quite well to the console market as they control nicely with controller in hand. Voting opens up on February 9th, and the game with the most votes will be included in the PS Plus list of free games come March.
Which will you vote for? Have something you wish would be on the list as well?
