Raquel Leviss Files Restraining Order Against Scheana ShayÂ
VPR’s Raquel Leviss filed a restraining order against Scheana using her real name Rachel Leviss. However, it’s unclear why Raquel requested the protective order or if it was granted.Â
The filing comes after Scheana and Raquel got into a “heated confrontation” outside a bar last week. Tom Sandoval’s longtime girlfriend, Ariana Madix, found sexually explicit texts and videos from Raquel on Tom’s phone.
A source told Page Six that Scheana and Raquel “went out to drink with friends after taping Watch What Happens Live.”Â
The source revealed that Scheana went to look for Raquel at some point at night. The Vanderpump Rules star found her friend outside of the bar talking to Ariana on the phone. The insider also disclosed that Scheana could hear Ariana bawling over the phone.
Scheana reportedly asked her friend to explain what was happening, and she finally came clean about the affair. This led to an explosive exchange before both women “went back to the hotel separately.”Â
Scheana has been outspoken about her support for Ariana since then, but Raquel has been mute. Â
Raquel Leviss Threatens Legal Action Against Co-starsÂ
Since the explosive altercation, Raquel has threatened to sue some of her Vanderpump Rules co-stars.
The Bravolebrity’s attorneys also sent a legal letter to her cast members. She asked them to delete her intimate video that was found on Tom Sandoval’s phone.
Raquel also asked her colleagues to stop sharing the video. She claimed that the footage was recorded “illegally without [her] knowledge or consent,” according to TMZ.
Her lawyers cited a California law against revenge porn, which makes it a crime to invade someone’s privacy by disseminating “non-consensual pornography.”
Furthermore, they ordered anyone possessing the recording to promptly delete it from their phones, the cloud, or “any other manner or method in which the recording may exist.”
However, an insider divulged that the video was not circulated among the cast. They also claimed that no one except Raquel, Tom Sandoval, and Ariana had seen it.
Meanwhile, Raquel still follows Schena on Instagram, but the latter has since unfollowed her former friend. Seeing as VPR’s Raquel Leviss filed a restraining order against Scheana, it seems their friendship is over. Â
