Even though Warcraft Rumble is a new project from Blizzard, loyal fans of the Warcraft universe quickly got used to the new game by studying the mechanics and characters. Although the game offers over 60 unique units, only 14 Leaders affect your strategy and the synergy of your build. A well-chosen and improved leader can strengthen troops of a specific type and offer decent personal ultimate abilities. But as is often the case, not all Leaders in Warcraft Rumble are great, and our tier list will help you choose the best ones.
Warcraft Rumble: All Leaders Tier List
Before we begin, it is worth noting that our tier list is only a recommendation and should not be taken as the only correct one. Firstly, the game just released, and the meta can still change many times. Secondly, Warcraft Rumble offers completely variable gameplay based on your personal preferences.
For example, most will say that Jaina Proudmoore is inferior to Bloodmage Thalnos because it costs more. But it does offer higher ranged damage, which may be a key factor for some players. But, be that as it may, below, you will find the Leader tier list in Warcraft Rumble based on the abilities and potential of each hero.

As you probably already know, you can not choose a specific Leader from the start of your adventure. Having reached the second level, you can choose one of three heroes, and this list is random for each player. In this case, you should choose based on the table above and personal preferences.
Having S and A-level characters means their abilities will allow you to make more mistakes without noticing the consequences. And if you get someone from Tier C or D, you only have to put in a little more effort to get through the starting battles. At the same time, you should not despair because you can choose several more Leaders in the first few days of gameplay and find someone more powerful.
Best Leaders in Warcraft Rumble
As you might have guessed, the best Leaders are S and A-tier characters. It just so happens that most of them are melee heroes who deal damage to one enemy, but there are exceptions. However, they become the most powerful thanks to special abilities, which we will discuss below.
Baron Rivendare
A powerful melee Undead hero, Baron Rivendare deals heavy damage to any enemy in front of him. In addition, he has a large amount of health and takes 50 percent less Physical damage. And if that is not enough for you, he also periodically summons minions from towers, which makes him an effective fighter in any game mode.
Tirion Fordring
The characteristics of Tirion Fordring are almost not much different from the previous Leader. He has a good defense, a lot of health, and can deal powerful blows to one enemy. But unlike Undead, the Alliance warrior is a healer and can heal all friendly units around him.
Rend Blackhand
High area damage of the Rend Blackhand makes it the best Leader for many builds. But more importantly, its special effect reduces the cost of all flying units by one gold. This feature makes him an indispensable Leader of any flying build, even if you do not use him in battle. This discount is too good to pass up.
Grommash Hellscream
High rates of speed, defense, and damage to one target – this is what we have already seen from previous heroes. But what makes Grommash truly valuable is his Bloodlust trait. Thanks to this aura, Grommash Hellscream and all nearby units gain +33% movement and attack speed. This simple feature makes this Orc one of the best Horde Leaders and can help in both PVP and PVE.
