If you’ve just started Warframe or are relatively new, you will need hundreds of thousands of Circuits, assuming you want to craft some of the most popular Warframes and the strongest weapons. After all, it’s a resource that’s a staple crafting component for plenty of recipes. That said, we’ll guide you on the best farming methods in Warframe that’ll have you swimming in Circuits.
Where To Find Circuits in Warframe
Since Circuits are an uncommon resource, you will need a more targeted farming method if you want more than you care to count. Apart from crafting Warframes and weapons, you’ll also need all the Circuits you can grab to feed Helminth so you can modify Warframe abilities.
As of the current state of the Solar System or Star Chart in Warframe, this is where you can carry out your Circuit farm:
- Venus
- Ceres
- Kuva Fortress
- Cetus (Bounty)
- Fortuna (Bounty)
Running missions in those areas will help you accumulate Circuits faster and more efficiently. You’d think that Circuits would rightfully just drop from robotic enemies, but that’s not the case. Any enemy on a planet where Circuits are in the drop table will drop Circuits, so don’t be picky with the enemy types.
The Best Circuits Farm Spot & Method in 2024
For the most efficient way to farm for Circuits without getting too burned out, we have some methods and a lovely spot to reduce your grind. You’re going to need specific Warframes for this, though that’s not hard to achieve these days with the Duviri reward track.
Here’s a step-by-step method on the best farming method for Circuits in Warframe:
- Bring a Nekros either solo or in a squad.
- Pick a Dark Sector mission node either on Venus or Ceres. We recommend Survival missions, specifically in Seimeni, Ceres.
- (Optional) Try to get a Resource Drop Chance Booster either from the Daily Login reward or in a Relay (some players will bless others).
- (Optional) Bring a Smeeta Kavat Companion with the Charm mod equipped to increase your chance.
- Once in the mission, frequently Nekros‘ Desecrate (3rd ability) around enemy corpses to extract more loot.
- Turrets and mechanical enemies seem to drop guaranteed Circuits, but this is anecdotal and something you should test out for consistency.
- Open or break as many crates and storage units as you can.
With this method, you can get around 2,000-3,000 Circuits in 10 minutes or so. Double that amount if you have a Resource Drop Chance Booster.
This is easier with a squad, of course, as more players will scale up the enemy count in the game. For that matter, you might also want to consider running a Steel Path mission, as the resource drop is double in that difficulty (unless you’re relatively new to the game and can’t handle it).
