Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 teasers are everywhere. We’ve hunted old TVs to know TheTruthLies, found the main villain of Black Ops 6, and now there are new posters in the Warzone Urzikestan map that show Russell Adler as the enemy of the state. This is confusing considering Adler was one of the main operators in the Black Ops Cold War story, and it seems like Frank Woods already knows about his possible treason.
Earlier today we found a new teaser in Warzone for Call of Duty: Black Ops 6, featuring Frank Woods talking about a mole, a traitor that he’s trying to find. This speech takes place within the intro when you play the Urzikestan map, and surprisingly, Woods tells us that there might be some info about this mole in the area.
Well, turns out the info is already in the game with wanted posters for Russell Adler. Now there are a few ways that Adler could be a villain here. Upon the ending of the Black Ops Cold War seasons, we had a cutscene in Warzone where Russell Adler was captured, brainwashed, and then escaped to hunt down the Stitch.
Adler killed Stitch to stop Perseus, but let’s not forget that he was brainwashed. So the numbers and the program might live in his head, taking control of the brainwashed soldier. Or, on the bright side of things, Adler could be the one who’s trying to wake up the world by telling people that The Truth Lies.
Besides the Warzone wanted posters for Russell Adler, there’s more going on in Warzone. There is a new set of challenges for an upcoming Black Ops 6 event in which you’d have to do 3 tasks to unlock a final reward. The reward is the classic Black Ops stance execution coming to the game, but the progression for these challenges is still up in the air.
Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 is set to be fully revealed on June 9, 2024.
