Watch Dogs: Legion has today launched update 5.51 on all platforms, so here’s the full list of changes and additions with this patch. Today’s update is surprisingly small, but makes sense given the context. Legion will be hosting a free weekend this upcoming weekend, so the few notes we have today revolve around refining various aspects of the title in preparation. There are still a few notes worth keeping an eye on the next time you stalk the streets of London though, so let’s not waste more time. Without further adieu, here’s everything new with Watch Dogs: Legion title update 5.51!

Bug Fixes

PlayStation

  • Fixed an issue that caused the Fickle-Nugget error to appear for players trying to matchmake on PS5 with PS4 players and vice versa. We’re also re-enabling cross-gen matchmaking with this update.

General

  • Fixed an issue that could cause the game to crash when playing in the Online mode.

Gameplay

Watch Dogs: Legion of the Dead

  • Tier 3 Abilities now cost 25 Z-Creds, up from 19.

Like said, there really isn’t much to go over with today’s update. With that being said, the change in price to Tier 3 Abilities in Legion of the Dead is fairly large. Nothing to write home about though. With all this being said, if there’s a change you were hoping to happen, not all hope is lost. The team further clarified in today’s notes that they’re working on a larger update later this month that will fix more issues with the game. For the pesky bugs you’re still undergoing, this upcoming update should handle those for you. All in all, hopefully Watch Dogs: Legion feels better with title update 5.51 and the update currently on its way.

Watch Dogs: Legion is available on PC, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X, Google Stadia, and Amazon Luna. For more information regarding today’s patch and previous patches, check out the official site.
