Raid Battles are one of the popular events in Pokemon Go, allowing you to battle and capture rare and powerful Pokemon. A new type of Red Raid Eggs appeared in the game in the past few weeks. Players are curious about it, and we have all the necessary information. This guide will tell you about the Red Raid Eggs in Pokémon Go.

[August 25 Update – Clarified information]

What are The Red Raid Eggs in Pokémon Go?

The Red Raid Eggs are a new type of Egg in upcoming Elite Raids in Pokemon Go, which comes with a more challenging difficulty. A Red Egg takes 24 hours to hatch; once it is hatched, you will encounter a very rare and powerful Pokemon. The chances of hatching a Legendary Pokemon are also increased from the Red Egg. These Pokemon are tough to defeat and capture.

Elite Raids in Pokemon Go will be more complex than five-star raids. Elite Raids were introduced to the game in mid-October, and the Mega Rayquaza Raid Boss was the first one to appear. However, Niantic added and will add more Raid Bosses. These raid bosses have around 20,000 health points and are tough to defeat.
