The first place you can find Ship Parts in Starfield is in New Atlantis. This city is one of the first you will visit at the beginning of your adventure. You need to get to the Jemison Mercantile store. This shop can find many useful items, including Ship Parts, which cost only 1250 Credits.

Your next stop might be Akila City on the planet Akila. There, at Shepherd’s General Store, you can purchase Ship Parts. Fortunately, this item costs the same almost everywhere.
