From your first dive into Disney Dreamlight Valley, you learn the importance of foraging. There’s plenty to enjoy from the Plaza and Peaceful Meadows, but you’ll need to expand to gather more materials. As is the case with Sand. Sand is among the numerous materials in Disney Dreamlight Valley required for crafting recipes, so it’s necessary to farm it. You won’t have to look too far for it though.

Best Location to Farm Sand in Disney Dreamlight Valley
It seems quite obvious given that it’s Sand, but if you want to farm it in Disney Dreamlight Valley, you must get to the beach. Dazzle Beach, to be more specific. So, pack up your sunscreen, gather your shovel, and let’s get to work.
If you’re new to Dreamlight Valley, you can’t access Dazzle Beach right away. Plan to spend some time tackling various missions, raising friendship levels, and hoarding Dreamlight as you’ll need 1,000 to unlock the Beach biome.
With it available, all that’s left is to travel to it. Whip out your shovel and start digging as the best way to farm Sand in Dreamlight Valley is to simply dig for it. Before you know it, you’ll have enough Sand in your inventory to build a towering sandcastle (in your dreams, of course, not in-game).
Additional Sand Location in Dreamlight Valley
Digging the ground at Dazzle Beach isn’t the only way to get Sand. Instead, you can also go to Glittery Dunes, an Eternity Isle biome, and dig there. Dazzle Beach is simply the earliest chance to collect Sand.
Besides digging, you can sometimes buy it from Kristoff’s Stall once you unlock it. Additionally, there’s a chance some Sand will drop when you use your pickaxe to remove Sea Debris.
