The first is in Port Ashika, the second is between Town Center and Beach Club, and the third can be found by the cliff wall on the southwestern side of Tsuki Castle.

The Underground Waterway of Ashika island is anything but safe, as it is filled with AI combatants and serves as a highly contested zone for enemy operators. Therefore, infiltrating this area as a solo can be highly challenging. If you attempt to enter the tunnel through the entrances in Port Ashika or Beach Club, you will have much more room to avoid fire and find cover. These entryways are always heavily guarded and will place an easy-to-see target on your back if you’re spotted. On the other hand, the cliffside entrance of Tsuki Castle is much more covert, but you need to be extra cautious not to get ambushed inside the underground mineshafts.
Using the Tsuki Castle entryway to find and extract the Ashika island Intel from Underground Waterway is the safest option if you can confidently navigate your way through the linear pathways. Make sure to visit buy stations to gear up and have sufficient armor plates for the infiltration. After sliding down the rope to the submarine cave of the Underground Waterway, make your way to the shipping container beside the submarine to find the Ashika island Intel. The quest item will appear as a document folder lying on the floor of the compartment.
