Like a Dragon: Ishin has many weapons that players can choose from depending on their style. One of the best swords you can get in the game is the Ebony Sword. Getting this sword is quite easy, but you won’t have access to it until you’ve reached the third chapter of the game. Also, you must have crafted a Nameless Blade and then upgraded it as well before getting the Ebony Sword.
There are two ways you can obtain or find the Ebony Sword in Like a Dragon: Ishin. You can either purchase it or craft it yourself, which you can learn both methods down below.
For purchasing the Ebony Sword, you will need 1000 mon. Once you’ve gathered enough money, head to Mukurogai and purchase it from the arms dealer at the east of the map. The other method is to craft it yourself. For crafting the Ebony Sword, you will need the ingredients mentioned below:
- One Crooked Magnet
- Five Iron Scrap
- One Nameless Sword
- One ryo, 450 mon
You can find iron scraps rather easily by just continuing your adventures, or you can buy it from material vendors. Crooked Magnet, on the other hand, is rarer to find, but you can also buy it from the material vendors for 1200 mon.
