Where Are IFAK and AFAK items in DMZ?
Regardless of the Season, the IFAK and AFAK items are always in the hospitals. And the best map to find them is the Al Mazrah, which has more than five hospitals. IFAK stands for individual first aid kit, and AFAK stands for advanced first aid kit. So it’s just logical if you find these items in the hospitals around the maps.

The article above shows the exact location of all 6 hospitals on the Al Mazrah map. There’s one located on the north side of Maziwah Marshlands, south of Al Mazrah City. You’ll find another one on the left side of the Rohan Oil area. This hospital is near a gas station on the way to Quarry. The third one can be found in the Sawah Village. This area is soaked in water, and you’ll need to reach the building’s second floor to find the hospital. Next is on the east side of Maziwah Marshlands. This area doesn’t have a specific name, but it’s one of the DMZ spawn locations.
Where else to find IFAK and AFAKs in DMZ? The final hospital is located southwest of the previous one. There’s also another hospital on the south side of Sa’id City. Keep in mind that you may find IFAK and AFAKs anywhere on the map as ground loot, but it’s totally random. Unless you reach one of the hospitals around the map. Also, these items are not so rare in other maps as well, but if you want a guaranteed location to find and extract them, just head to the Al Mazrah, and complete your objective.
