The Original Ashika Island Mask is an item in the DMZ mode that you can find in Drifting Supply Bag on the Ashika Island map in DMZ. However, this item is not just any ground loot to find on the map. You need to look for it in a certain spot, which we’ll show you on the map in this DMZ guide.
How to Find Original Ashika Island Mask
You can find the Original Ashika Island Mask in the Drifting Supply Bag. Never heard of this bag before? Well, it’s a duffle bag just like any other you find on the DMZ maps, but you need a certain key to open it. Now, to find the Drifting Bag Key, you can search the map and get into restricted areas to obtain it. Or you can run an HVT contract for a higher chance of finding this item.
High-Value Target contracts, better known as HVT, task you to find and kill an AI target. This NPC enemy always has one or two keys in his pocket, and you can pick them up after killing him. This is while a Drifting Bag Key can be one of them. Now after you’ve found the key, it’s time to go for a swim in Ashika Island’s dark waters.
Where is The Drifting Supply Bag in DMZ?
The Drifting Supply Bag is located underwater on the northwest section of Ashika Island in DMZ. You’ll definitely find an Original Ashika Island Gas Mask inside this bag. And you can locate it in the image above. Once you’re in the marked position, dive deep into the water. Here, you’ll find the bag down there waiting for you. You can find and loot the bag without any specific gear, but it’s recommended to bring a Rebreather or Scuba Gas Mask with you.
The Drifting Bag always contains three Ashika Island masks inside it, which are needed to complete certain missions and increase weapon stash size. However, you can sell these items at the Buy Stations with a very high price tag. You should also note that there will always be 3 different masks in this bag with one additional item. Some of these masks can be found as ground loot on Ashika Island as well.
