Are you looking for a place to find and farm Overload Champions in Destiny 2? One of the Seasonal Challenges in Season 21 tasks you with stunning 50 Overload Champions. Doing so it’s not too hard, if a bit tedious. Especially if you don’t know where you can easily find and farm them. This guide will tell you the best place to find Overload Champions and what weapons you need to stun them.

Before we get stuck in, do remember that the actual requirement for raising your Guardian Ranks is to just stun the Champion. With that in mind, stunning the same Overload Champion over and over and letting it heal will work.

Now, there are several places where you can find Overload Champions according to the Destiny 2 community.

  1. Go to the Moon and quickly head over to the Summoning Pits. There, you should find an Overload Champion spawning in the area. The Vex Minotaur will have Patrol-level health, so try to stun it as often as you can before killing it.
  2. If you want to farm a Raid while looking for a Destiny 2 Overload Champion, then you will want to run Vault of Glass. On Master Difficulty, the opening Encounter will spawn a number of Overload Vex Champions.
  3. For Master Difficulty Dungeon, Spire of the Watcher is your best bet. the first few Vex you encounter should be an Overload Champion.
  4. In Defiant Battleground: EDZ, you can also find three Champions. One in the Ascendant Plane, and two spawn in the boss area.

There are several things you need to remember when finding and farming Overload Champions in Destiny 2:

  • Shoot them using your weapon of choice that can deal proper damage to the Champion.
  • Once stunned, do not stop shooting! Champions stop moving and take more damage when stunned, so use this opportunity well.
  • When they recover and start moving again, they will be surrounded by a white aura and slowly regen their health.
  • If they’re still surrounded by the white aura, they cannot be stunned. But you will want to attack them to stop their health regen.
  • Once the aura goes away, they can be stunned again.

To stun the Champions, you will need specific items or skills in your loadout. For example, Seasonal Mods, which are rotated every season. There are also Exotic weapons that have an intrinsic Overloaded Perk needed to do the job. Here are some things to consider when you are looking to find and farm Overload Champions in Destiny 2:
