Getting exotic rare fish in Dave The Diver is both a great adventure and rewards you with great profit, with the Sailfish being one of those special treats of the sea. Just like its counterpart, the Marlin, the Sailfish will be available for you after some fighting and dodging. You may even have to face or remember an encounter with a certain Giant Squid. Well, collect your weapons, upgrade your gear, and be ready. Here is where to find Sailfish in Dave The Diver.

How To Collect Sailfish in Dave The Diver

To find Sailfish in Dave The Diver, you will have to activate the Marlin Party event first. As you can see in the advert for the event, they will focus mainly on the Marlin. You can find some around the 20 to 50-meter depth range. However, the Sailfish are also mentioned as an even rarer sight during this event. While the Marlin can be found in a broader area across the Blue Hole, the Sailfish are located in a specific area of the sea.

Before we do some diving, go ahead and upgrade your Diving Suit to Level 3. You will need this upgrade to submerge to the 110m mark. This is the approximate depth where the Sailfish resides. Moreover, you will also need some Harpoon upgrades. Just like the Marlin catch, catching Sailfish in Dave The Diver can be a bit challenging. Upgrade the Harpoon to deal more damage and make the process faster so that your staff will be able to cook some Sailfish delicacies.

You will have to locate the Shipwreck Shipping Boat that is around the 100m mark. If you have done so already, this is the place where you fought the Giant Squid and recovered the anime statue. If you need a little help finding it, the Shipwreck is right below your initial diving position.

As you did before, get inside the Shipwreck and you will swim to an enclosed area. There, you will be able to find the Sailfish. Since this is a rare spawn, you may have to do this multiple times across the three days. Moreover, it has been reported that the Sailfish in Dave The Diver appears during the night, so visit the Shipwreck once the sun has gone down.

If you follow the steps above you will be able to find the Sailfish in Dave The Diver in no time. Just remember to hit them with your Harpoon and swim away from their attack. Then, you will safely return with your Sailfish price. Have a great Marlin Party!

Dave The Diver is available now on PC.
