In this pursuit, you’ll need to retrieve a Bronze Belt Buckle. Once you’ve got it, you can sell it to the Trader for $80 or return it to the Grieving Father in Little Marrow for 1 research part.

Head to Little Marrow and speak with the Grieving Father to begin this pursuit. However, before you can complete this task, you’ll need to have interacted with the Collector. Make sure you have accepted his offer to install Dredging Equipment on your boat. This can be done early in the game, so we recommend you find the Bronze Belt Buckle in Dredge in chapter 1.

Once the Dredging Equipment is installed, head to the shipwreck at L8 (near Little Marrow). You’ll find the Bronze Belt Buckle here. You can either sell it to the Trader for a quick $80 or return it to the Grieving Father for a research part.

We recommend going for the research part, as it will allow you to upgrade your boat and access even more secluded locations. As you progress through the game, you’ll encounter different water depths and a variety of fish. So, having a range of fishing rods and catching equipment is essential to maximize your profits from selling your catch after you find the Bronze Belt Buckle in Dredge.

By selling your discoveries to the locals, you’ll also learn more about each area and uncover the troubled past of these remote islands. So, completing pursuits like Lost at Sea early on in the game is essential since their rewards are worth it.

Completing the Lost at Sea pursuit is essential for early game progress. You can find the Bronze Belt Buckle in Dredge by following the steps in our guide. Then, choose between selling it for $80 or returning it to the Grieving Father for a research part. Remember to upgrade your boat and fishing equipment for maximum profit and uncover the secrets of the islands you explore.

Dredge is available on Xbox, PC, Nintendo Switch, and PlayStation.
