Find Torkoal in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet
Torkoal is a Fire-type Pokémon, and the Pokédex indicates that they are rarely seen. So, you won’t see them just prancing about. A 3rd Generation Pokémon, Torkoal is only found in a single location:
- East Province (Area Three)
As we mentioned, Torkoal doesn’t spawn often. Surprisingly, though, as a rather shy Pokémon, Torkoal is simple to approach. So, once you find Torkoal in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet, you can easily engage.
Remember that Torkoal is a Fire-type. So, if you want to wear them down quickly in battle, remember to use Water, Rock, or Ground-type Pokémon. This way, you’ll have Torkoal weak enough to catch, so you can add another solid Fire-type to your bag.
Plus, Torkoal is the only way you can get the item Torkoal Coal for a TM recipe.
