Underworld Chests were added to Fortnite when the game switched to Chapter 5 Season 2 Myths & Mortals. In this season, gods from Greek Mythology such as Zeus, Hades, Cerberus, and Ares were added to the game along with their special powers. You are more likely to find these special powers of these gods in Underworld Chests, but these special chests cannot be found everywhere on the island of Fortnite, only in special locations. Now let’s move on to where we can find Underworld Chests.
Where To Find Underworld Chests in Fortnite
The Underworld Chests in Fortnite can also be called the Olympian Chest or the God Chest, so don’t get confused, they are all the same thing. These special chests cannot be found in areas such as Snooty Steppes, Fencing Fields, or Lavish Lair. In Fortnite, Underworld Chests can only be found in POIs with Greek Gods or in newly added Greek-themed landmarks. As you can see from the image above, Underworld Chests look much different and more elegant than normal chests, and they are gold-plated, so you can definitely tell the difference when you see one.
Here are all the locations where you can find the Underworld Chest in Fortnite:
- The Underworld
- Grim Gate
- Mount Olympus
- Brawler’s Battleground
- Pantheon Path
- Summit Temple
Apart from all these locations on the list, it is also possible to find these chests in the southeast part of the map in the orange biome where Mount Olympus is located. You can also find Underworld Chests in a few secluded locations in the purple biome where The Underworld and Grim Gate are located. However, your best chance of finding them is in the locations listed above.
