To get Calm Mind TM in Pokemon Scarlet & Violet, travel to South Province Area Three, west of Mesagoza. In the sunken area, you can find a small lake on the shore, which is where the Pokeball lies. As you may have guessed, picking up this Poké Ball will give you Calm Mind TM, and you can give it to your Psychic-type Pokémon.
It is worth noting that Calm Mind TM is not an attacking TM, but the effect of its use can be helpful at all stages of the passage. If your Pokémon learns this skill, it can use Calm Mind to increase your Special Attack and Special Defense stats by 1. In addition, this effect can stack up to 6 times, so as a result, your Pokémon will receive a good buff.
