The first can be found south of the Sattiq Cave Complex. In this area, you’ll find a crashed aircraft with a locked case beneath a giant oil pipeline.

Unless you have a player ally or two to provide you cover while you search for the weapon cases, exploring the site solo without a vehicle will likely end in an untimely demise.
