• Items of Clothing (Tunic, Gloves, Boots, Pants). As with weapons, you will purchase valuable clothing or something simple by paying the indicated amount of Murmuring Obols.
• Whispering Key. Whispering Key is perhaps the most valuable and the only 100% item you will receive by spending 20 Murmuring Obols. Where to Get Murmuring Obols in Diablo 4

If you run out of Murmuring Obols, you can accumulate more. The only way to get Murmuring Obols is to participate in in-game events. There are a lot of such events, and these happen relatively often. Just open the in-game map and look for the places marked with red circles.

Often, in-game events take no more than a few minutes. And if you have at least middle equipment, you will have no problem completing it. As a reward, you will receive about 20 Murmuring Obols and a few other random prizes, including gold and equipment. However, Murmuring Obols is the main thing you get by completing the event.
