Whitney Rose has been on The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City since Season 1 aired in 2020. Since then, the reality star has been involved in a lot of the show’s drama. During earlier episodes, she fought constantly with Jen Shah, Mary Cosby, and even Meredith Marks. However, Whitney’s biggest and longest-running feud has been with Lisa Barlow.
Season 5 has been no different. During the first episode, the two foes came out swinging as they argued over last year’s drama. But it didn’t stop there. As the season has progressed, their latest beef has centered around rumors that Whitney is allegedly operating a fraudulent business. Consequently, this has strained their relationship even more, even causing their husbands to get into a fight of their own.
Despite that, the friction hasn’t caused Whitney to waiver. In fact, she told People that her newfound confidence came after years of being mistreated by Lisa. “I realized that people pleasing is self-sabotage,” she said. “Every single season, [Lisa] has a falling out with a friend. The people who get back in with her, it’s almost like she just exhausted you back into it. It’s easier to just be like, ‘You know what? You’re right.’”

“I’m just no longer willing to sacrifice myself for a relationship that is one-sided to begin with,” Whitney continued. “I hope that she takes a hard look at all her friendships like I did, [and sees] that everyone is telling her the same thing. It happens multiple times this season. So, at that point in time, you’ve got to quote Taylor Swift: ‘Hi, it’s me. I’m the problem.’ But not everyone cares to work on themselves like that.”
Whitney isn’t the only cast member Lisa has had major problems with. She also feuded with her best friend of a decade, Meredith, after a hot mic caught her referring to Meredith as the biggest “whore” in New York City. Her comments caused years of commotion, uncomfortable conversations, and even more dramatic arguments. Eventually, they buried the hatchet and were able to move forward. But that hasn’t stopped Lisa from stirring up trouble elsewhere.
When the VIDA Tequila owner isn’t taunting Whitney this season, she’s going back and forth with newcomer Bronwyn Newport. The latter joined the show by way of Lisa, and despite their years-long friendship, they’ve been at a bit of a crossroads. The latest episode, which features the cast on a couple’s trip, showed Bronwyn and Lisa arguing over their co-star, Heather Gay. After things reached an all-time high, Lisa and her husband, John, were asked to leave by Bronwyn’s partner.

Salt Lake City Fans Are Tired of Lisa and Her Antics
Since joining the show, RHOSLC fans have been living for Bronwyn and how she’s keeping the OGs in check. Not only is she feuding with Lisa, but she’s also at odds with Heather. Longtime watchers took to social media to voice their opinions about the latest Housewife and how she’s handling the vets.
“Bronwyn is eating Miss Baby Gorgeous up,” one user wrote on X/Twitter. “OMG, Bronwyn is really clocking TF out of Lisa,” another shared. “I love a newbie that can take an OG on easily. GET HER.” Other users also commented, expressing their disappointment in Heather and Lisa for being “history revisionists.”
With the rest of the season still playing out, it’ll be interesting to see how Bronwyn and Whitney move forward with Heather and Lisa. However, even if they do makeup, their storylines will certainly be revisited during the reunion special set to air at the end of the season.
