The Witcher 3 receives a new trailer, detailing the open world.
CD Projekt Red continues to provide coverage of their upcoming RPG epic, The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt. Recently announcing two post-release expansions planned for The Witcher 3, the studio released a new trailer today detailing the open-world of the main game. While the trailer takes time to note the beautiful and varied wildlife and landscapes that the player will encounter when playing, it also warns that the world of Wild Hunt is far from perfect. Racism and war instigate conflict among humans, while monsters are feared throughout the land.
Regardless of what problems the world might face, the adventures of Geralt of Rivia look to be exciting and varied. Between dynamic monster AI, unique settlements, hundreds of armor and weapon upgrades, and a deep combat system, The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt looks to be one of the biggest RPGs in recent memory. Despite its recent delay, The Witcher 3 will finally launch, worldwide, on May 19, for PS4, Xbox One, and PC.
