It’s becoming increasingly common these days to encounter people who are all too eager to share their hateful beliefs with everyone around them. Aside from dealing with racism, women often have to face misogynists who can ruin their day with their toxic behavior. For one bartender in Texas, this became all too real when she had to deal with an unpleasant customer who was harassing another woman at her bar.
Not wanting things to escalate, the bartender tried to step in and defuse the situation. Unfortunately, that only turned the man’s attention toward her. Realizing the encounter could get chaotic quickly, she decided to start recording the incident.
At the beginning of the video, you can immediately hear the man spouting his “hot take” about men supposedly being superior to women. Although it was complete nonsense, the two women humored him and asked why he thought that. The Texas man confidently replied that men were better in every aspect, saying they were stronger, faster, and smarter than women.
The video then cut to another moment where the misogynist man declared that women only did work that “nobody cared about,” like nursing. That statement earned a laugh from the two Texas women, who couldn’t believe the absurd things coming out of his mouth. The man went on to say that men and women weren’t equal, to which one of the women shot back that, actually, women were better.
Trying to sound noble, the misogynist man started talking about how he wanted a “nuclear family” and that he only planned to date women he intended to marry. Of course, he shouldn’t expect to find a future wife among those women since they were completely turned off and ignoring him at that point.
He kept digging himself deeper, saying that everything women had was built by men. The women just humored him again, saying he was entitled to his opinion. It wasn’t just the two Texas women who were unimpressed by the misogynist’s little speech since Reddit users also piled on, mocking him for his ridiculous comments.
“The incel is strong with this one,” one user wrote. Another remarked how strange it was for him to expect any woman to want to marry him, considering how hateful and disgusted he clearly was toward women. Someone else joked, “‘When I date…’ Sweet summer child. You’re not dating anyone.”
Others made fun of his stuttering, saying that for someone who called himself smart, it was funny that he could barely string a sentence together. One Redditor wrote, “Funny how he doesn’t realize that women literally built every single person standing there. He’s only on this earth because a woman allowed his sorry ass to be born. Dumbass.”
