Even if they are innocent, those who support ICE will claim that they are “violent criminals.” Well, a woman from Texas proved that her mom was nothing like that. Unfortunately, her mom was kidnapped by ICE recently, even though she is a citizen who has been in the USA for 46 years. When she went to a check-in, when she was doing it the right way, ICE took her away. Her daughter had to tell people that her mom wasn’t an animal. She is a mother, grandmother, sister, and more.
The Texas daughter wanted to prove even more that her mom was the farthest thing from a violent criminal. This is why she shared an emotional video showing how innocent her mom was. In the video, her mom was filmed playing with her granddaughter, painting, cycling, hugging their dogs, and celebrating a family member’s birthday. Things that aren’t violent, and yet she may never be able to do them again. The harshness of this reality made her daughter write, “I can’t understand how this is considered a win for the United States government. My mom is an angel of a woman and I will find a way to bring her home. Back to her grandpuppies, grandbabies, and her crochet needle.”

This led many American citizens to express their disappointment with what is happening. “I’m so ashamed of our country,” one person wrote. Another person attacked Trump and said, “Your mom is not a criminal but the president is.” Even veterans left comments such as one saying, “I was proud to have served my country, and now I am ashamed of what my country has become. I no longer recognize the red, white and blue for which we laid of life on the line. America the beautiful is no longer. Everything that is happening currently in America also made people blame Trump supporters. “I know your suppose to forgive but I can’t forgive anybody that voted and supports this,” one person wrote. Another person then said, “I’ll never forgive this administration or anyone who voted for it!” Someone else wrote, “This administration or should I say, this regime is the worst government we have ever had. It’s not even close. I will never forgive the people who voted for Trump. Never. There is no explanation that can be given to justify it. FDT.” Despite all of this support, some disgusting comments claimed that the video of the Texas mom didn’t show the truth. Still, no one deserves this.
