Microsoft has announced the first batch of titles coming to Game Pass in October 2023. Like always, some are already available to download, while others will be released as the month progresses. But before you start downloading the new additions, remember that some titles will be leaving Game Pass in October as well (more on the below). The biggest game being added to the catalog has to be the new Forza Motorsport, which will be playable from October 10 for anyone who hasn’t gotten the Forza Premium Upgrade. But those who have will be able to get their hands on the early access version of the game on 5 October.
Two of the games that are already available to play are Gotham Knights and The Lamplighter’s League. For those who haven’t kept an eye on the bat family, Gotham Knights puts players in the shoes of four of Batman’s proteges, Nightwing, Robin, Batwoman, and Red Hood. The game can be played on coop and while it is nowhere near the quality of the original Arkham series, it should still be a fun time if you can get 3 others to join you.
Games Coming To Xbox Game Pass In October
The Lamplighters League, on the other hand, is for those who prefer to strategize in their violent video game encounters. The turn-based game offers an experience somewhat similar to anyone who has played something like XCOM Enemy Unknown.
As for all the other games coming in October, here are some of the ones Xbox has shown so far along with their release dates and platforms. Note that this list isn’t complete, and more games are likely to be added as the month goes on. But these are probably the cream of the crop:
