Xenoblade Chronicles X is due for release next week, and the hype for it keeps growing. It is easily one of the most anticipated games for Wii U owners, especially those who are planning on purchasing a Wii U simply for the game. In Nintendo’s latest Xenoblade Chronicles X survival guide, the essentials of arms manufacturing and mining are discussed.

The video runs through information discussing how Normal Missions, Affinity Mission, Tyrants and Treasure Boxes are displayed on FrontierNav (FN), and how placing probes at FN sites will allow you to increase the money and revenue that you can earn. Each FN site is graded from F-S, with mining capacity, revenue and combat support all receiving their own individual grades. It is important to read FN site descriptions, as you can greatly increase your revenue and opportunity to afford a Skell.

Finally, the video discusses arm manufacturers, and what you can purchase when visiting armory alley. Mined Miranium can be invested in various Arms Manufacturers through an AM terminal, where you can unlock new weapons and armor to purchase. You can also use this terminal to upgrade battle traits, gear/skell gear, as well as augment armor pieces using materials found throughout the game. Finally, you can develop new gear, creating new weapons and awesome looking skells.

There is one more survival guide left. Make sure to follow Nintendo’s YouTube page to stay up to date with the game.  Xenoblade Chronicles X is set to release exclusively on Wii U on December 4. Stay tuned for details!

I believe that games are an important form of entertainment, and that they can uplift and inspire millions of people around the world. I love JRPGs, and dabble in many other genres, especially MOBAs.
