Embracing method dressing as she continued the string of tennis-themed outfits promoting her 2024 Challengers movie, the 27-year-old actress turned heads for a photo call in Rome, Italy, but many fans appeared worried for her wellbeing.
Stunning in a plunging, shimmery minidress with a tennis vibe, Zendaya sizzled in custom Loewe complete with high heels accented by tennis balls. While many praised the former Disney star for looking impossibly stylish, remarks suggesting that she’s too skinny were plentiful. Zendaya was even told to “eat a pizza,” while another user deemed her “far too thin.”

Striking poses from an outdoor balcony, Zendaya wowed as she went low-cut in a braless minidress with a v-shaped neckline, dark hemline detailing, plus a pleated skirt.
Showcasing her endlessly long legs and minuscule waistline, the Hollywood favorite added height to her frame in white stilettos, and the tennis balls on the shoes’ heels were definitely a talking point. Sporting her blonde locks a little tied back and flicked up at the ends, Zendaya kept glam with diamond jewelry and plenty of blush blended over foundation, and she hadn’t scrimped on the accessories as her earrings, bangles, and rings all came courtesy of luxury jeweler Bulgari.
Worried Fans Say She Should Eat Pizza
The snaps were circulated by The Daily Mail, and it was here that fans expressed their worries.
“She looks so thin lately. She’s always been slender, and beautiful in my opinion. Always dresses and looks classy. But not she looks almost emaciated, and it detracts from her beauty,” one fan said. Another called the star “far too thin,” with a third saying that she needs to “eat a pizza.”
“Am I the only one who finds her too thin?” one fan asked. A user quickly replied: “No- she has lost weight and now looks quite underweight I think, shame as she looked healthier before and it’s sad when these young actresses feel the need to drop weight to this extent.”
Zendaya’s Challengers photo calls have, separately, made headlines for seeing her rocking a jaw-dropping array of designer items, from vintage 1992 Ralph Lauren to a custom, tennis racquet-embellished dress by designer Thom Browne.
