Ahead of the fourth season of the reality show 1000-Lb Sisters, which premieres on January 17, Tammy Slaton has a lot to share about her life as a newly married woman and a loving husband.
The TV personality, who tied the knot two months back, had nothing but praise for her new husband, Caleb Willingham, in a recent interview. Speaking to People, Tammy gave an insight into her love life while fondly reminiscing on her big day and the beautiful memories they made together. She quipped:
“Our wedding day was perfect. There was so much love in the room. I literally married my best friend.”
Since then, her life seems to have taken an exciting turn as she basks in the euphoria of her newfound happiness with Caleb.
Tammy Slaton Enjoys Her Married Life
Tammy Slaton married her husband Caleb in November 2022, following their meeting at a rehab center. At the time, the two were receiving medical care for their weight-related concerns but fell in love nonetheless. Caleb eventually popped the question last October, getting hitched to Tammy barely a month later.
During her interview, Tammy Slaton revealed how happier she’s become since getting married to her husband. According to her, she enjoyed every waking moment with Caleb, who has proven supportive over time and shared her struggles. She divulged:
“I love waking up every morning and seeing his face. And seeing his face every night before going to bed.”
While Tammy Slaton remains focused on her married life and newfound love, her health seems to experience a decline. In a teaser from the upcoming season 4 of 1000-Lb Sisters, the 36-year-old ended up hospitalized following a health scare that shut down her body, leaving her unable to breathe.
Thankfully she survived after an emergency tracheotomy, but the doctors made it clear just how much health risk she faced. Meanwhile, Tammy has managed to face these pitfalls with a positive front, appearing ever-cheerful every step of the way. Looks like the love and support from Caleb Willingham are indeed enough to keep her going.
