This article is over 1 years old and may contain outdated information.

If you’re tired of the basic outfit and want to find something new to not only look stylish but also get bonuses, the game provides many such opportunities. As you progress through the game, you will get many outfits as a reward for completing tasks, or you can simply find them in the universe. Next, in our article, you will learn about the 5 best apparel in Starfield. Most of the outfits below can be obtained during quests or as a reward for them, so it may take a certain amount of time. Below is a detailed description of each outfit, its benefits, and how to get it.

Starfield: 5 Best Apparel

It’s worth noting that all the outfits listed below can be worn under your spacesuit, so you’ll additionally receive bonuses from them, if available.

5. Genghis Khan’s Outfit

The Golden Horde leader’s clothing will not only visually distinguish you from other characters in the game but also give you a unique +5% intimidation chance bonus. This way, you can put it on before an important offensive against enemy outposts to gain time to build a strategy while they are disoriented.

You can get this outfit during the Operation Starseed quest. When you have the opportunity to choose between Genghis Khan, Franklin Roosevelt, or Amanirenas, select anything except the first option. This way, you’ll have the option to kill Genghis Khan to get his outfit.

4. First Soldier Outfit

If you like military themes, this costume is for you. In addition to the unobtrusive look that will blend in with the environment, you also get a +5% bonus for your reloading speed. This way, along with good protection characteristics, you become strong enough even without your spacesuit.

You can get it with a small chance by killing and looting an enemy during the First to Fight, First to Die mission.

3. Striker Streetwear

If you’re focused on dealing as much damage as possible, this outfit is definitely for you. In addition to good protection against energy damage, you also get a +5% bonus to critical damage. This way, you can deal with enemies a little faster or save your life in extreme situations.

This outfit is not difficult to get. First, you’ll need to join the Strikers, and then, by visiting Madame Sauvage’s Place, you’ll have access to a vendor where you can buy Striker Streetwear for just 150 credits.

2. Settler Casualwear

This outfit will not be a fashionable look for your character but rather will help you blend in with the crowd when necessary. You get +10 HP from this outfit, which is not much, but it will be quite useful in many battles. Sometimes, there are missions when you have to fight plenty of enemies, and just a few HP is not enough to reach the goal, and it is in these situations that Settler Casualwear is helpful.

Like most of the other outfits on our list, getting Settler Casualwear is not difficult. All you need to do is visit Antonio Bianchi at the UC Surplus in New Atlantis and purchase the outfit for 50 credits.

1. Fitted Business Suit

If you are an experienced player, you probably know how important negotiations are. The main features of this suit may not be as high as the others on our list, but it’s still the best. The fact is that it gives you a unique bonus +10% to Persuasion. This way, you can position yourself as a good diplomat even if you haven’t upgraded your Persuasion skill. Of course, we still recommend upgrading this skill, but until you do, Fitted Business Suit can help you out.

You can get this outfit during the Sowing Discord mission before you start the quest. This is the 5th quest from the Ryujin Industries faction, so you’ll have to try your best before you can get the Fitted Business Suit.

That’s it with the best apparel in Starfield. Hopefully, now you know about the best outfits available in the game and can choose the most useful and beautiful one.
