90 Day Fiancé Big Ed is being called out yet again. Ed recently posted a video talking about his ‘glow up’ since first appearing on the show. Fans went to the thread to make an interesting point. Viewers are acknowledging his change, but note none of it is actual growth. They want to see an Ed who actually holds himself accountable. An Ed less driven by shallow desires. They want to see an Ed who can actually say sorry and mean it. They want personal growth, and yet have seen very little. So they took the opportunity to let him know how they really felt.
The short story is, the world is pretty burnt out on this guy. Sadly, we still find it very hard to look away. But as he was boasting about his ‘new look’, many still see beneath it all and just don’t like who they really see. He has been on so many seasons and spin-offs, yet always remains the exact same person. But at this point, if we are waiting for him to change, we are foolhardy. Dude seems set in his ways, as skewed as they are.
90 Day Fiancé Big Ed Just Never Grows Up
Via Screenrant:
“Ed was blasted for the rude way he treated Rose, and many Happily Ever After viewers remain dismayed by how he treats his Happily Ever After partner Liz. While Big Ed was just trying to congratulate himself for his physical changes, some angry commenters pointed out his villain status. “Can we not forget how disrespectful he is to woman.” one commenter wrote. “He hasn’t changed. It’s the same story,” another skeptical commenter noted. Some 90 Day Fiancé viewers took to the social media comments section to dispute this claim. While they didn’t attack his appearance, many viewers merely claimed that the changes in his appearance were minor. “He got a haircut and stopped dying his hair,” one commenter pointed out. “So he just got a haircut,” another fan agreed.”
90 Day Big Ed may have slightly tweaked his physical appearance, but that’s just the veneer. Viewers of the show are peeved because he may have slightly changed his look, but he hasn’t evolved and a person. Moreover, many just feel Ed lives his life on constant loop, repeating the same behavior. While it may seem like people bully dude a bit, there is genuine concern behind it. Not so much for him as for the women in his life, though.
But again, waiting for Big Ed to change is like waiting on a gaggle of flying pigs.
