Big Ed Brown has become a fan favorite thanks to his appearances on 90 Day Fiancé, but he has been unsuccessful in finding love … well, until now! The reality TV star shocked everyone when he announced that not only had he been on a date with a fan, but in true Big Ed style, things moved fast because he was also engaged!
In an interview with Page Six, Ed discussed the relationship with Porscha Raemond, who he has known for about a week after meeting in Florida. He described their meet-up as “love at first sight” and recalled how they met. “So I’m there carrying out these big sandwiches with sparklers. It’s crazy. And in walks this beautiful Italian dish. Her name is Porscha,” he said. “She comes up, gives me the warmest hug. … She gives me a big kiss on the cheek.”
In the same interview, he described Porscha as his “dream girl.”
How Did Big Ed Brown Get Engaged So Quickly?
Porscha was reportedly there to see him, and the pair had instant chemistry and an undeniable connection, with Ed describing how they “felt the sparks.” The pair were so overwhelmed with affection for each other that he decided to propose to her the next night while having dinner at YOLO with his friends. Now, he was not planning on having a fiancee prior to their meeting, so there was no engagement ring. Instead, Ed got creative and proposed with a paperclip.
It sounds like something out of a Disney princess movie, but this is Big Ed’s real life, and he claims to be in love. “I get down on one knee, and everyone goes crazy. The restaurant was freaking out,” he told Page Six. “I said, ‘Look I never want to let you go. I think I met the one. I want to marry you.’ And she said, ‘Yes,’ and we hugged and we kissed.”
He is in love, and he is on cloud nine right now! The relationship is so new that they haven’t even had a chance to make it Instagram official, so we have to wait in anticipation to see how this romance plays out.
