Liz Woods addressed her relationship with fiancé, “Big Ed” Brown, questioning their stability and how likely it is to affect her chances of winning over her daughter. The 90-Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? star weighed in on the subject on Sunday night’s episode of the reality show, finally addressing the loopholes in her relationship with Big Ed, which fans have attempted to draw her attention to since they began dating.
90 Day Fiancé Liz Woods Seeks Emotional Stability
During the episode, Liz Woods learned the heartbreaking news that her daughter’s father planned to relocate abroad and could take Ryleigh along. The realization that her relationship with her daughter was about to become more distant left the mom considering fighting for her custody. However, she pinpointed how her engagement to Big Ed could stand between her and Ryleigh’s custody. She reflected on these challenges while discussing with friends, saying:
“I have to think about— where’s her best stability? If we’re to go to meditation about this, what will be thrown back at my face? My failed relationships? Do I have stability? Do I have a partner? My whole world just got flipped upside down.”
As Liz Woods continued airing her fears about winning her daughter’s custody amid her relationship with Big Ed, she admitted to needing her fiancé now more than ever. But first, she needed conviction that she had a partner willing to stick with her through every battle.
Liz Woods Moves For A Better Future With Her Daughter
While Liz could not guarantee what the future held with Big Ed in terms of stability, she was determined to make the necessary changes on her own part. She voiced her plan to return to work full-time to make her financially capable of providing for herself and Ryleigh with or without Ed.
For Liz Woods, if it comes down to picking between the two, she’d choose her relationship with her daughter. Notwithstanding, the 29-year-old hoped her fiancé would somehow remain in the picture. But for that to happen, she knew he needed to make some serious changes in his approach to their relationship and offer her stability. The 90 Day Fiancé star divulged:
“I definitely feel like I need to see more from Ed— more of an emotional stability with him. Because what’s most important for me is my relationship with my daughter.”
Big Ed Is Keen On The Idea
Elsewhere in the episode, Liz Woods and “Big Ed” Brown went hunting for their dream home in preparation for a new phase in their relationship. During the house hunting, the duo discussed what could truly make them happier. Surprisingly, Ed shared her goal of forging a stronger relationship for her daughter’s sake, even welcoming the idea of moving to San Diego for a fresh start if it made them more stable. He added:
“We’ve gotta get stable with each other. This — Ryleigh — that’s what’s important. I like what you’re saying. I love You.
Notably, Liz Woods, a two-time divorcee, shares her nine-year-old daughter with her first ex-husband Saied Camacho. Although their relationship has not been exactly smooth-sailing, the reality star has made it clear throughout her stint on 90 Day Fiancé that her daughter remains her priority despite the fact that she currently lives with her dad, who has full custody of the child.
Despite losing her daughter’s custody, Liz visits her regularly and enjoys swell family time with her. The arrangement worked for the TV personality until the recent news of her ex’s intention to move after he was re-stationed abroad. Now conflicted between her romance with Big Ed Brown, who fans have deemed toxic, and her daughter, viewers anticipate how things will play out in coming episodes of 90 Day Fiancé.
