Age of Empires II HD is the sequel to the Age of Empires game. Age of Empires is a popular Real Time Strategy game, also known as an RTS game. The franchise focuses on a library of civilizations and utilizes multiplayer gameplay.  The critically-acclaimed series released its’ first title back in October of 1997. The franchise has sold over 15 million games to date.  There are numerous expansions available for the title including Age of Empires: The Conquerors.
