Searchlight Pictures has released the official trailer for their upcoming movie See How They Run. The 2022 PG-13 Mystery Thriller with a comedic tone stars the four-time Oscar-nominated American-Irish actor Saoirse Ronan (Lady Bird, Little Women) and Oscar-winning actor Sam Rockwell (Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri). The film is set in the 1950s, where the unlikely duo investigates a whodunnit case together.

Whodunnit in See How They Run?
The YouTube video’s description of the See How They Run movie trailer reads this synopsis:
“In the West End of 1950s London, plans for a movie version of a smash-hit play come to an abrupt halt after a pivotal member of the crew is murdered. When world-weary Inspector Stoppard (Sam Rockwell) and eager rookie Constable Stalker (Saoirse Ronan) take on the case, the two find themselves thrown into a puzzling whodunit within the glamorously sordid theater underground, investigating the mysterious homicide at their own peril.”
See How They Run is directed by Tom George and written by Mark Chappell. Other stars of See How They Run include Adrien Brody (The Pianist, Peaky Blinders), Harris Dickinson (The King’s Man), Ruth Wilson (Oslo), Shirley Henderson (Harry Potter and The Chamber of Secrets), David Oyelowo (Selma), and Sian Clifford (Fleabag) to name a few.
The See How They Run movie will be released in UK theaters on September 9th, 2022, and in the United States on September 30th, 2022.
