So can you catch Salazzle in Pokemon Go? The world of Pokémon Go is home to many unique Pokémon, and the goal of every Pokémon Trainer is to get as many of them as possible. Some Pokémon can be easily caught while walking down the street, but some are much more difficult to obtain. Salazzle is one of those Pokemon that not every player can boast of. Unfortunately, you won’t be able to catch Salazzle in the wild or raid gyms, but you can get it in other ways. To get Salazzle in Pokemon Go, you must evolve a female Salandit by spending 50 Candy. It sounds simple, but it’s not, and below in our guide, we will detail how to get Salazzle in Pokemon Go.

Can You Catch Salazzle in Pokemon Go?

Salazzle is a Poison and Fire-type Pokémon, and as you can see by now, getting Salazzle Salandit is not easy. You can’t catch Salazzle in the wild, but you can get this Pokémon through evolution. To do this, you must acquire a small female Salandit and spend 50 candies. You can also get Salazzle by trading with another Pokémon Trainer. Often, this method is resorted to only in extreme cases, but after reading our guide below, you will understand that this option is not so bad.

Salandit, like Salazzle, is not found in the wild, and you can get it from a 12-kilometer egg. Moreover, you could only get this egg during the Season of Alola: All-Hands Rocket Retreat event place from April 3rd to 7th, 2022. Of course, the time has passed, and now you will not be able to get these eggs, which means that your only option is to trade with another player.

But even if this event was active, you would have to spend an amount of time to get Salazzle in Pokemon Go:

  • First, to get the 12 km egg, you must defeat the three Team Rocket Grunts mini-bosses. These mini-bosses only appear when you use Rocket Radar. And to collect one Rocket Radar, you must defeat six ordinary members of Team Rocket Grunts.
  • After receiving the egg, you must walk 12 kilometers to hatch it.
  • You hatched Pokémon may not only be Salandit. Several different Pokémon can spawn from the egg.
  • On top of that, even if you get Salandit, there’s less than a 15% chance it’ll be a female Pokémon.
  • If you manage to get a female Salandite, you must collect 50 candies to evolve her into a Salazzle.

This whole process is incredibly long and depends a lot on luck. So even during the event, very few players get Salazzle into their collection.

As we said, at the moment, the only way to get Salazzle is to trade with another player. But be prepared to offer something very valuable in return because the player who owns Salazzle has spent a lot of time and effort to get his hands on this Pokémon.

Pokemon GO is available on iOS and Android.
