Wondering where the Three Fingers in Elden Ring is? The fan-favorite RPG by FromSoftware has a wide range of characters and NPCs. Players can interact with some of these NPCs who offer different quests to the tarnished. The Three Fingers is one of the NPCs players will meet in Elden Ring, and it is exceptionally important to get The Lord of the Frenzied Flame ending. The Three Fingers cannot be interacted with and will only appear during the cutscene. Like our other Elden Ring guides, this one will help players to find the Three Fingers.

How to find the Three Fingers

The Three Fingers is located near the Cathedral of the Forsaken in the Subterranean Shunning-Grounds. This area is situated under Lyndell, Ashen Capital. Players must visit the Subterranean Shunning-Grounds to defeat Mohg, the Omen in Elden Ring. Players will also find the corporal form of the Dung Eater NPC at this location in a sewer gaol. The Cathedral of the Forsaken is the boss area where players will fight Mohg. You will have to defeat him for the Site of Grace to appear. There is an altar behind which players will find an illusory wall. Break the altar with your sword, and walk inside when the wall disappears. This is where you will find the Frenzied Flame Proscription location.

Players must remove their armaments to enter the Three Fingers room near the Cathedral of the Forsaken Site of Grace. You will not get to interact with the Three Fingers NPC in Elden Ring. Only a cutscene ensues where the Three Fingers wrap around the Tarnished to give them the power of the Frenzied Flame. Before entering the room, Melina appears and cautions the Tarnished appears and shares a word of caution about the Three Fingers. If you choose to become the Lord of The Frenzied Flame, then Melina will abandon the Tarnished.

Visiting the Subterranean Shunning-Grounds is essential to complete Hyetta’s questline in Elden Ring. This area is crawling with creatures and enemies. You will come across Giant Rats, Basilisk, Fingercreepers, Omens, Giant Crayfish, Miranda Sprout, and several other opponents at the Subterranean Shunning Grounds. The Lord of the Frenzied Flame ending naturally locks players out of every other conclusion in Elden Ring. However, players can use Miquella’s Needle at Dragonlord Placidusax’s boss fight area to undo the effects of the Frenzied Flame. We recommend saving the game before entering the Three Finger room in Elden Ring, as it can affect the game’s ending.
