Specifically, fans will need Clams ×2, Scallops ×2, and Shrimps ×2 to cook two servings of Bouillabaisse. The Clams and Scallops are relatively easy to find, as these mollusks are often washed up on the shore from the ocean tide. A quick stroll across the Dazzle Beach should yield more than enough Clams and Scallops for the quest. On the other hand, the elusive Shrimp is slightly more challenging to catch in Disney Dreamlight Valley.
Catching Shrimps In Disney Dreamlight Valley
The only way to catch Shrimp in Disney Dreamlight Valley is through fishing using the Fishing Rod. However, Shrimp cannot be found at any fishing spot in the Valley. Instead, this cooking ingredient can only be caught at blue-colored nodes in the Dazzle Beach biome.

Thanks to gameplay footage provided by Game Guides Channel, Disney Dreamlight Valley fans can see how Shrimp can be caught at the beach. First, walk along the seaside, keeping an eye out for bubbling circles. Typically, the circle’s outline and the bubbles’ color will be milky white. However, if the bubbles and ring are blue, there’s a good chance the fishing node will yield a Shrimp. Players can also catch Kingfish from these nodes, depending on RNG.
If players have combed the shores of Dazzle Beach but still cannot find any blue nodes, Game Guides Channel recommends that fans fish at any fishing spot to refresh the nodes. In other words, other colored fishing spots can sometimes keep the blue-colored ones from spawning. Therefore, adventurers must make sure they clear away other bubbles to get the one that spawns Shrimp to appear.
After catching two Shrimp in Disney Dreamlight Valley, players can speak to Goofy to receive the cooking recipe for Bouillabaisse. Next, fans can return to their home and use the stove in their kitchen to create the dish to complete the “Dinner with a Friend” Friendship Quest. Now that players know which fishing node color produces Shrimp, they can infer that other color rings can potentially spawn their own unique fish. However, since the Disney Dreamlight Valley is still relatively new, the community has likely yet to discover every fish type and catch rate for fishing in the Valley.
