Samus and the enemies remain upright and the controls are the same, but the game world itself is rotated 90 degrees clockwise. In short, everything that used to be ground is now a wall.

The mod closely resembles the original game, with most of the level design unchanged, save for a few minor details here and there. It is possible to complete from start to finish through wall jumping and one necessary instance of infinite bomb jumping, as seen at the end of the video above.
