Salmon is an ingredient required for quite a few recipes in the game. Aside from this, Salmon can also be used as a gift and is required to complete a few quests in the game. This guide will cover how to get Salmon in Disney Dreamlight Valley.
How To Get Salmon In Disney Dreamlight Valley
While Salmon has been a part of Disney Dreamlight Valley from the very start, it only became a required ingredient after the release of the recent Scar update. After this update, while you progress through Scar’s quest, a part will come where Scar asks players to find some Salmon for a quest called ‘Friends Aren’t Food.’
To find Salmon in Disney Dreamlight Valley, players will have to head to the biomes of Sunlit Plateau and Frosted Heights, for they are the only places in the game that have Salmon. Once here, look for white fishing nodes since they are the only ones that will be spawning Salmon. While not every node is guaranteed to carry salmons, they are sure to pop in every once in a while.
Another tip to increase your chances of getting Salmon is to bring along a friend/partner with the fishing role assigned. Since this increases the overall fish you catch, the amount of Salmon you catch will significantly increase too.
