How to Defeat the Hateful in God of War Ragnarok
Baby Steps: Minions First
Take care of the Draugrs first so you can focus on the Hateful in God of War Ragnarok later.
Frost Awaken and Freezing Throw together are the most effective way to kill the minions off. Don’t forget to detach the minions from The Hateful and throw them against the walls.
If you are having difficulty focusing on the minions because the Hateful keeps getting in the way, use your son as bait. Just do it. Morally correct parenting is so last season.
Atreus arrows will drag The Hateful’s attention toward him, giving you time to expel the Draugr.
Give them a Taste of their Own Medicine
Throughout the fight, the Hateful will continue to throw multiple flame projectiles at you, gnawing at your health bar.
So, rather than moving out of the way, you should parry them when they launch their molten spray.
Projectiles deal decent damage and temporarily stun the Hateful. Time to unleash your fury on the Hateful in God of War Ragnarok!
