There has been a wide-spread of hype over the internet with the sudden announcement of two Valkyria games coming out for the PS4 – Valkyria Chronicles: Remastered and Valkyria: Azure Revolution. Even though both titles are for Japan only on PS4 in 2016, the puzzling question still to be answered; will it be arriving in North America?
A tweet sent out this Friday by Sega may have confirmation onto whether a North American version of Valkyria Chronicles: Remastered might be announced:
The tweeted picture shown above is a scrambled slideshow of tiny, square frames. The caption stated,

Right off the bat, you can already tell the shuffled photo is of a tank from Valkyria Chronicles. What might this mean for the fans of the series? Well, Sega could make the answer we have always wanted to hear and announce the release of Valkyria Chronicles Remastered for PS4 overseas or they could be posting it to be as thrilling as the commercial break in finding out “Who’s that Poke’mon?” Either way, Next week could be a sudden turn of events if everything goes accordingly.
Originally, Valkyria Chronicles was released in 2008 for the PS3 from developer’s Sega and Re-released for PC on November 11th, 2014. Since then, other minor titles from the Valkyria Series appeared on handheld devices such as PSP. Valkyria: Chronicles Remastered will be out on PS4 in Japan on February 10th, 2016 and following afterwards, would be Valkyria: Azure Revolution – a brand new adventure, separate from the main storyline of other titles from the Series.
