Carrots are one of the first ingredients players have access to at the very start of the game. They can forage Carrot Seeds from the dirt mounds and Night Thorns of the Peaceful Meadow, or they can purchase the Seeds and crop directly from Goofy in the same biome. Similarly, Wheat is another farmable resource that Dreamers can get from Goofy’s Stall in the Peaceful Meadow. Wheat Seeds also occasionally drop from dirt mound nodes and Night Thorns in the Plaza and meadow.
The third ingredient for the Carrot Cake recipe in Disney Dreamlight Valley is Sugarcane, a sweet crop that comes from Goofy’s Stall on Dazzle Beach. Players will have purchased Sugarcane to farm Candy in Dreamlight Valley for Duties available during the Halloween season. Finally, Eggs are purchased for several hundred Star Coins at Remy’s kitchen in the Chez Remy restaurant, an establishment that becomes available after welcoming the rat chef back to the Valley. After baking Carrot Cake, players can sell it for 427 Star Coins, which is not much of a profit, considering the cost of Eggs. Conversely, eating Carrot Cake provides a decent amount of Energy at 908.
