Persona 4 Golden is a great RPG game with some intense boss battles, and the Contrarian King is no exception. The game’s hidden boss will test your skills and strategy, but you can defeat this mighty foe with the right approach. This guide will tell you how to beat the Contrarian King, the secret boss of Persona 4 Golden.

Who is Contrarian King, the secret boss of Persona 4 Golden?

The Contrarian King is a powerful and optional boss that can be found on the 8th floor of Yukiko’s Castle after it has been defeated. He possesses various skills, including Red Wall, which adds fire resistance to one ally, and Hysterical Slap, which deals light physical damage with a chance of Rage. Kill Rush and Rampage are two physical skills that can deal light damage to 1 or all foes, respectively.

Furthermore, Marakunda may be used if a character is knocked down. Defeating the Contrarian King rewards players 450 Experience points and 1000 ¥, in addition to the Courage Boost status. It may prove to be a challenge combating this powerful boss, but it is certainly not an impossible feat and provides excellent rewards once dispatched.

The most powerful move of the Contrarian King is Rampage, which delivers a physical attack on all foes.
