For many reasons, the game has already become one of the best games of this year. One of the reasons Hi-Fi Rush has great gameplay is the variety of combos and attacks you can use in the game. As you progress, you will unlock special attacks, and here is how to equip them in Hi-Fi Rush.
How to Equip Special Attacks in Hi-Fi Rush
Hi-Fi Rush is a rhythm-action game where you take control of a boy named Chai who wants to be a rockstar that gets a metal arm. But for a series of misfortunate events, he ends up fighting robots and bosses of Vandelay Industries, the company that gave him his new arm.
As his primary weapon, Chai will be able to perform more amazing combos and attacks as you progress through the game. After meeting with Peppermint and returning to the hideout, you will unlock the store, where you can buy new combos and Special Attacks.
The good thing is the game will give you the Special Attack for free and teach you how to equip it. But if you’ve forgotten it, here is how you can equip it in the game.
First, you have to go to the Peppermint’s shop either in Hideout or through the game. In the shop menu, you will see four options, with the second option saying Special Attacks.
Then if you want to buy a new special attack, you can also get it from here. But if you have already bought some attacks and want to equip another one, simply hit the Left Trigger on Xbox Controller or Shift on the keyboard in the Special Attacks menu.
