Back in base Destiny 2, there was a Rare Grenade Launcher named Harsh Language, which was considered to be pretty good for clearing out PvE mobs. The new Harsh Language is now a Legendary weapon, deals Void damage, and has Wave Frame, making its area-of-effect attacks even more lethal for defeating waves of tough enemies in various high-difficulty Nightfalls and Raids. How to Get Harsh Language in Destiny 2: Lightfall
The new Legendary Harsh Language is a Legendary world drop, meaning any Destiny 2: Lightfall Guardians seeking to obtain it must farm Legendary Engrams through leveling up Nimbus, Public Events, and chests that can be encountered all over Neomuna. And considering its status as a world drop, the Banshee-44 Vendor could sell the weapon sometime in the near future. It is important to note that the weapon cannot be obtained from Gambit, Crucible, or Vanguard matches.
Harsh Language God Roll (PvE)
Do note that the Legendary Void Grenade Launcher is mostly favored toward PvE missions. And the current god rolls list for Legendary Harsh Language is only for theory-crafting and will be updated once the Destiny 2 community has found a better roll combination for the weapon.
